Behaviour Solutions

"We owe so much to DVBP for their empathy, help, patience and understanding and would definitely recommend to anyone who needs help with their pet."  Lisa, Bedfordshire
Each of our behaviour solutions is developed for your animal and his/her needs by a multidisciplinary team including a clinical animal behaviourist and a veterinary behaviourist - and for dogs, a canine trainer is also included!

The following are the services we provide to support you and your animal's behaviour:
Advisory Aid
When your animal is well in most aspects of their life but you are seeking guidance on managing a single issue, this may be for you. A single issue may be, for example, managing veterinary visits, putting their harness on, grooming issues, car travel, etc., or perhaps preventative intervention is required due to an upcoming transition such as moving house, a new baby due, a new pet due in the home, or help with significant decisions, for example, euthanasia and the appropriate next steps for your pet.
This is a single consultation.
Behavioural Beginnings

Bespoke advice and support for you and your animal focusing on the immediate and short-term steps over a period of up to three months. Includes initial consultation, one additional consultation and, for dogs, one training session.

Comprehensive Care
Your own bespoke comprehensive behaviour treatment plan is created from an initial consultation and up to six months support is provided focusing on the short and long term management of your animal and their behaviour. Includes initial consultation, up to three additional consultations and, for dogs, three training sessions. We help you work towards your ultimate goal!
We’ll be with you throughout the entire plan, you can send updates and questions as you go.

You have the option to pay in instalments. Visit How to Book for full details.

Canine Training

One-to-one live online training sessions for you and your dog or puppy can be purchased individually or as bundle. We also include training sessions as part of the behaviour modification programmes above.

Our behavioural consultations and training sessions are online via a live video link. Please watch these videos where Hannah explains how the consultations work and why online is so successful.

"Having you to talk to, we’ve found it really helpful. You’re the only people we’ve spoken to from a behaviourist background that have made us feel justified regarding the extent of Murphy’s behaviour. You were the first people to really understand Murph and you’ve never even met him, you have really helped us.""
