1. Choose a professional to work with and then click the button to view the treatment options for the species you require and make payment:

Our team are qualified and experienced, but the species they cover and the days they are available varies. Picking a behaviourist that covers your animal and with a schedule that fits in with you is important as they will be working with you throughout your plan.

Clinical Animal Behaviourists
Kate Ellam provides behaviour support with cat and dog cases.

Available Monday - Thursday.

Please be aware that payment is required before the initial consultation. We do not take direct payment from the insurance company, instead the insurance company can pay you back directly.
If your animal is insured and your policy covers behaviour issue, the policy may stipulate that certain accreditations be required from a behaviourist and you can check your policy’s requirements with the accreditations we list for each of our behaviourists on About Us.

  1. Making Payment & Booking:
    On selecting the corresponding button above for your animal and selected DVBP professional, you are given the option to purchase in full or in instalments.

    After making payment you will receive an email Order Receipt from no-reply@acuityscheduling.com. Please keep this email safe as it contains the 'Schedule' link and your unique payment code to make your appointment/s. If you would prefer to pay by BACs, please contact us by phone or email.

  1. Questionnaire:
    Please complete the relevant questionnaire below for the species of your animal.
  1. Referral:
    Please contact your animal's veterinary practice and request them to complete our online referral form.
    Your veterinary practice may request to see your animal if they have not been seen for a while.

  2. Videos:
    Please send up to 5 videos of your animal or any interactions and a video tour/walkthrough of your house. For guidance on sending images and videos, please click here.

Not sure which is the right behaviour solution for you and your animal?

It might not be straightforward what option is best for you and your animal. Don't worry, we CAN help you! We just need to know more about you, your animal and your household and some details of what the unwanted behaviour is. You can either Contact Us, or preferably, you can complete and submit one of the questionnaires available from our Booking page. Please mention that you're not sure which behaviour option is right for your animal. We will then contact you and discuss which option is right for you.
